Ignoring the fact that it is not a constant issue, but an intermittent one. They are telling me that I have to "enable audio support" for my clients using Google Admin policy. I've been troubleshooting and Citrix support is completely useless. After rolling out the servers we began to deploy Chrome devices to our users who immediately complained that audio either never works, or works only for a while at the beginning of the session. So we said sure that sounds great, and spent six figures on the hardware/software/licensing. They were always pushing how easy and flexible it would be to throw out cheap dumb devices like Chromebooks/thin clients/etc.
